Refund Policy

We value our customers and their satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we're here to help.

1. Cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month's subscription fee. Also, cancellation does not automatically translate to a refund. If you’re not happy with our service, please contact us to request a refund.

2. No Refunds for Partial Months:

If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of that month. Your access to our service will continue until the end of the month you've paid for.

3. Refunds:

: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method or verified bank account. For a refund request to be valid, it must be made before the 10th of the month.

4. Exceptions:

: In some cases, we may offer refunds outside of these conditions if we determine the situation warrants it.
